LouisFerrini LOUIS FERRINI (Partner/Managing Director) is partner and managing director of FVA new media research who established the SME in 1989 as one of the first multimedia companies in Italy. He gets the first level degree in graphic design and advertising and a master in computer graphic at IED (Istituto Europeo di Design). Before starting his own business, he worked for several advertising and graphic companies in Italy and US. His main area of interest is the design of enhanced ICT solutions, serious and simulation games to support co-creation and mutual learning activities and to train participants on transversal competences and skills in the ICT, learning, societal fields.

SUSANNA ALBERTINI (Partner) is partner and senior communication expert of FVA new media research from 1995, she has integrated her specialization in Psychology of work and business organization with multimedia and new technology communication. Since 2000 she is involved as project manager and researcher in projects funded by the European Commission as expert in game-based training, co-creation and creativity enabling factors, communication, impact and valorisation of research results. Her main area of interest is sustainable circular bioeconomy, societal challenges with special focus on sustainable and inclusive growth.

SELENIA MARINELLI (European Project Manager)
Architect Ph.D, she got a doctorate degree at the Faculty of Architecture โ€œSapienzaโ€ in Rome, with a focus on the implementation of biomaterials in architecture and design strategies. She participated in different national and international conferences as a speaker and she organized in the role of tutor several workshops about DIY Biomaterials. She is working from 2021 at FVA new media research as Junior EU Project Manager. She is mostly in charge of the organization of promotional and networking activities,ย  building strategy and managing several social media accounts and communication platforms.
