5 June 2018, WHO WEBINAR – Health of Refugee and Migrant children and Unaccompanied Minors

On 5 June 2018, the WHO Regional Office for Europe will host the sixth in a series of webinars dedicated to addressing the timely and relevant topic of refugee and migrant health and well-being. The upcoming webinar will discuss the health of refugee and migrant children, and unaccompanied minors.

This webinar will discuss:

  • the latest research, evidence and epidemiological status of refugee and migrant children;
  • the specific health challenges faced by children, and the clinical aspects to providing care;
  • the issue of effective protection for unaccompanied minors, including barriers faced by Member States in providing such protection; and
  • policy options moving forward.
