In the coming days the BIOWAYS project, funded by BBI-JU to promote Bioeconomy and Bio-Based products, will attend the European Night of researchers (Frascati, RM) with workshops, meetings, exhibitions and activities for schools.

In the context of the European Researchers’ night, BIOWAYS will be present an exhibition space dedicated to the bioeconomy, where children and adults will discover what is Bioeconomics in an engaging and entertaining way. Visitors will be able to see and touch some Bio-based products, which will explain the characteristics, provenance and sustainability. The public will be able to test its knowledge through the “BIO … What?” App, the new BIOWAYS game to promote Bioeconomics, highlighting major misunderstandings, stimulating curiosity and introducing training and information content. Other games will be presented to kids and families: “MEAL” to promote food education by playing “GueSSH!” To stimulate public discussion and attention on social issues such as immigration, unemployment, fake news and citizen participation to democracy.
